It was in a quiet, respectable part of town but with all local amenities. Beautiful gardens, spacious well designed rooms. The staff very good indeed. We were able to check in early and were given a good rate in order to extend check out time. The hotel runs a taxi service and was able to get us to the station for our 2.00 am train!

The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The beautiful Javanese-style interior and tropical garden give the hotel a unique and charming atmosphere. The staff were helpful in organizing day trips and airport transfers. The fried noodles and eggs breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean.
No complaints.

Good staff, nice and clean room, great value for money
Bathroom not so clean as should be, poor breakfest (though you can no expect anything better for money they charge), location not good transfer though excelent for exploring Kraton (Sultan's palace)

The parking lot was spacious and staff was very helpful with our luggage. The rooms were kept clean regularly. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and there were many shops and restaurants nearby.
The air conditioning was faulty and we had to switch rooms due to it. The shower was too slippery and not suitable for older guests. The breakfast was basic with no real variety. it's not worth the price for what is offered.

The ethnic style in the house was charming and gave off a traditional feel. It is located near the city center and public transportation. the staff was always available to help.
The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it difficult to sleep. the air conditioning was installed above the bed and blew cold air, which was uncomfortable to sleep under.
